ON BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT WITH US, YOU ARE HEREBY ACCEPTING DIAL A DOG WASH MANCHESTER'S TERMS, CONDITIONS AND DISCLAIMERS AS STATED HERE.
1. THE WELFARE OF YOUR DOG
We will take every care of your dog’s welfare during the grooming process. We use the latest equipment and natural vegan products where possible. After every completed grooming session we will discuss the outcome with you to ensure that our service meets the needs of your dog.
2. OUR STAFF
All of our groomers have been chosen because of their love for animals and their desire to work with them. They have all had extensive practical and theoretical training and have demonstrated their efficiency and skill in dealing with both dogs and their owners. At all times, they have the right to refuse to work with dogs that are challenging to handle, but will do everything within their knowledge to help your dog enjoy the grooming process.
3. ENTERING & EXITING THE VAN
Customers are not permitted to enter the van without direct permission from the groomer. This is due to the constraints of our Public Liability Insurance. If requested to enter/exit the van, you do so at your own risk.
At all times we have full Public Liability Insurance in the event of damage, accident or loss to your pet or our staff.
At all times we have the right to refuse to work with animals with a history of aggression and other handling issues that may jeopardise the groomer’s (and the dog’s) safety. We will always discuss our reasons with you but the groomer’s decision is final and given with our full authority.
6. SHORT NOTICE CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS
Any late cancellations (within 48 hours of the appointment) or no shows will result in a 50% fee based on the price of the groom. This can be paid by bank transfer or in cash. If unpaid, we will not be able to book future grooms.
We accept payment via cash or bank transfer. Cash is preferred. If you choose bank transfer, this must be completed by the end of the appointment and the transfer screen shown or sent to the groomer. Bank details can be requested from your groomer.
8. CHANGE OF MIND
Customers will have the opportunity to check the completed groom at the end of the appointment. Any changes or modifications to the groom that need to be made must be requested at this time and our groomers will happily take the dog back into the van to make these changes. Once we have left your property, we are no longer liable for any change of mind the owner has regarding styling (including length of coat, face/tail/ear shape) and the owner must make a note of these changes for future appointments in order to inform the groomer.
