THE CARE OF YOUR PET
We will take every care of your pet while we are working and grooming. We use the latest washing equipment and have carefully selected all our grooming and washing products from leading trade suppliers who specialise in offering professional grooming products. After every completed washing session we will discuss the outcome with you to ensure that our service meets the needs of your pet. We will not take any fees from you until you have signed our “Satisfaction with the service” form.
Have all been picked because of their love of animals and their desire to work with them full time. They have all had extensive practical and theoretical training and have demonstrated their efficiency and skill in dealing with both pets and owners. At all times they have the right to refuse to work with difficult dogs with behaviour problems, but will do everything within their knowledge to help your pets enjoy the process of being washed and groomed in the Dial-a-Dog-Wash way.
ENTERING & EXITING THE VAN
Customers are welcome to enter and exit the van if they so wish, however they do so at their own risk. DADW will not be held responsible for any accidents that may occur.
At all times we have full Public Liability Insurance in the event of damage, accident or loss to your pet or our staff. Please ask the owners for more details if necessary.
At all times we have the right to refuse to work with animals with a history of aggression or illness or handling problems. We will always discuss our reasons with you but our groomer’s decision is final and given with our full authority.
SHORT NOTICE CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS
Any late cancellations (within 24 hours of the appointment) or no shows will result in a 50% fee based on the price of the groom. This can be paid by bank transfer or added to the cost of the next groom. If unpaid, we will not be able to groom your dog in the future.
